temp file in oracle?

in mssql i make temp file by printing the sql:
  Create table ##+Tablename  (usr varchar(100),dt varchar(100))
how can i do it in Oracle?????

but you must have the create-privelege in the
schema you are

don't understand the terminus "printing the sql"

where i will find this "schema"?

usually in  oracle, fi a user is created,
the user gets a schema, where the user can do
what the user wants.

so that the schema is the same as the user you logged in in oracle. if the user must work on other schemas,
which is not owned by the user, you must create [public] synonyms,
which points to another schema.object
