I want to know how and where from do i Change the configuration of the ipchains on Suse linux 7.3.

you can give ipchains specific rules from the shell

google ipchains tutorial

e.g. /sbin/ipchains -A input -j ACCEPT -p tcp -s --destination-port 22
this will accept all ssh sessions from the local network

another way is to put the rules and load them with ipchains.
usually you would load the script with the startup of the computer.
