Windows XP Home edition. RNAdmin warning lable on close down

Windows XP Home edition. On closing down I get a label saying RNAdmin is trying to close. This runs through saying End Now will lose data.  Then it says it has failed and you have to use End Now anyway.
It appears that this is affecting close down of various programmes and has only recently started.  I cannot find any reference to this in the help file or by looking for RNAdmin.

Many Thanks
Deleting Real Player has restored my PC to normal.
This particular file must affect a few things to have had such an effect.
Its a great pity that something which is almost accepted as industry standard contains unsavoury aspects such as this.
Thanks again
