&nbsp; &nbsp;I have installed Redhat 8.0 on my laptop Toshiba Satellite Pro 6100. Everything was working fine till I tried to configure my modem. I screwed up somewhere and now when it is booting it says configuring ppp1 and it just hangs there.<br />
&nbsp; &nbsp;I changed /etc/inittab to make it boot in Text mode but that doesn't make any difference. I tried to bypass it by hitting 'I' at boot time but that doesn't help either.<br />

Any help will be appreciated.<br />
