Debugger Kernel BORDBK50.DLL is missing or not Registered

Hi,All!

I got error "Debugger Kernel BORDBK50.DLL is missing or not Registered" when I press F9.
But I check "BORDBK50.DLL", it exists in the folder \Borland Shared\Debugger.
How to fixed this problem?

try
regsvr32.exe path\BORDBK50.DLL
or
tregsvr path\BORDBK50.DLL
