If the boxes are NT or 2K, why not a 'soon' or an 'at'?

I need some help on accessing a .exe file that is on a server, from a remote computer. When I wrote the code, I found out that I was downloading the file on my computer and then running it there. I do not want this but want the file to run on the server.<br />
An idea is to send a request to server which then runs the specified file. &nbsp;The thing is I don not have time to learn C# much so I am asking for help here.<br />

C# is an object-oriented programming language created in conjunction with Microsoft’s .NET framework. Compilation is usually done into the Microsoft Intermediate Language (MSIL), which is then JIT-compiled to native code (and cached) during execution in the Common Language Runtime (CLR).
