Disable Keyboard in Windows XP with an Icon (VB Script, .reg file or other)

I have a Fujitsu p1000 (which is quite small) and has a touch screen.  I want to use it like a table, when the screen is streched completely wide, however, I need to partially grip the keyboard to do so.  I want to double click on an icon (on the desktop) to accomplish this.  Can someone tell me how I can disable/re-enable the keyboard in such a manner?

Not sure you exactly what you mean by "Table", I would be carful that you dont damage it, but what is the OS I may be able to help
Nevermind about OS, just re-read question (duh). I can write you something that can disable all input for a specified time frame or until you ctl+alt+dlt. Send email to a8ball@msn.com if this will do the trick.

I meant tablet....Sorry.
Tablet as in use the touch screen i guess? If so i'm not sure I can help. I can disable ALL input that would include keyboard and mouse funtions and most likely touch screen as well. Not sure how to just disable keyboard. Try here though, this may help
