VB 6.0 app using Crystal ocx

I have a VB 6.0 application using the crystal ocx.  The report was created in Crystal 8.0.  Here are my report properties:
   CrystalReport1.Destination = crptMapi
   CrystalReport1.EMailSubject = "New Hire - Rehire Report"
   CrystalReport1.EMailToList = "hayes heather"
   CrystalReport1.PrintFileType = crptExcel50
   CrystalReport1.Action = Enabled
When a field on the report is 0 it is displayed as "<Default Format>" in the excel spreadsheet.  I have tried just exporting the report with crystal to excel and it works fine, but I get different versions of excel to export.  I believe I am having problems because I am exporting to Excel 5.0.  I have Excel 2000 loaded on my client machine.  Is there a way to update the ocx to have the option to export to Excel 7.0?

You need install the export dlls.

To use Excel 2000 you may have to upgrade the version of CR.

I have searched Crystal's knowledge base and the only export dlls I have found related to this issue are for version 6.0
Can you tell where I can find these dlls?

I don't know.  I believe the Excel 7 dlls came with my copy of CR8.

I'll look in the morning to see if we downloaded an upgrade.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Did a little more research and found out the the crystal ocx does not have an option to set the PrintFileType property to a version higher than excel 5.0.
In the mean time live with the bug until time permits to upgrade to CR 8.5
thanks for your help
