Software not running properly

I accidentally visited a website, and I think it downloaded something onto my computer without me knowing it, and now, neither my Anti-Virus software (AVG 6.0) or my Firewall(Norton) will run properly. The Anti-Virus I can get to scan, and it still works, but I can't get it to do it's "In use" scanning which scans files that you use, etc, in the background. My firewall on the other hand, won't work at all. When I open it, I can't set Security to "On", it resets itself back to "Off" right after.

Two processes I've noticed that have been here that were not before(And I exit them very quickly) are net1.exe, NET1.exe, and Winn32.exe(NOT the system file, a fake that's supposed to look like the system file).

Any help? I'm worried about getting info stolen.

EDIT: Didn't know you could actually edit it, but I'm changing the name of the file up there to the real one. I found it out.

That didn't solve my problem, I solved it on my own, I just found winn32.exe, deleted it, and deleted every registry key it had.

I do love that software though! You get the whole 35 points for how much I love Spybot Destroyer.

I thank you glad to see you fixed it on your own but you can ask to have your points refunded because you fixed it your self. Spybot you would of found if you just visited some of the questions posted here. If you want your points refunded you can but i am not sure how. New here myself. Also to award points you must accept the answer. take care
