Apparantly it's not a driver for Windows XP, only for W95 (and maybe W98).

Maybe look for a driver at this places:

It may work for Windows 98.

I did a comprehensive search for this driver. The only place where I found 218 drivers is at the following website. But then also I did not come across the Hardware Details that you mentioned. I think that maybe the Hardware has been identified wrong.

the hardware and its details are with you.
The information that you need to get to download anything from this website, that you think matches your Hardware
is:

Download this third party Utility from the following website. Run it on your compouter. It will give all the information
about various Hardware Peripherals, Software and Software versions within your computer. It will also will tell you
what make/model your motherboard is, the BIOS detail and even the BIOS manufacturer.  It is a free download.

Get the "AIDA32 - Personal System Information"

After you get all this information let E-Experts know and we will help you out.
Alternatively you can download the drivers for it yourself from the Audio Card manufacturers website.

Good luck. The only drivers/application updates that you can get from Creative Labs is IF you already have the drivers and application already installed. Been in a same situation before, I emailed Creative, and their response was that you should have the disk already. Considering the application requires their proprietary card, it seems like they would post the entire suite. Their suite will not work with any other cards that I know of. But their resolution is much better than other cards.  And their method of recording by preallocation/overwriting works better than other programs do.... But they could learn a thing or two from ATI as far as a scheduler...

Sorry, nothing here has helped. The card is still sitting in a drawer in my desk, unusable. In regards to the comment from Pir84free, do you know the name of the software suite that should come with it? surely i can find it on a P2P network like kazaa. Considering I own the card, creative can't complain.
