Assuming the machine name stays the same, and the clients do not migrate with the server, I don't think you should have any trouble (although this depends on a zillion things and the ONLY way is to test). Things to anticipate:<br />

- Clients will no longer be able to browse to the SQL Server using SQLDMO (which only looks in its own domain)<br />

- Anticipate longer connection times. This is purely empirical, so again, please, save yourself and test. Too much depends on what the application does.
