sql server domain name change
If the domain name of a sql server installation is changed, would there be
any effect on the clients that access that server? Are there any precautions
to be taken before changing the domain?

- Clients will no longer be able to browse to the SQL Server using SQLDMO (which only looks in its own domain)
- Anticipate longer connection times. This is purely empirical, so again, please, save yourself and test. Too much depends on what the application does.
