Software Firewalls

We have a pretty standard corporate Internet usage policy prohibiting the usual non-work related surfing activities.   I have ten firewalls around the company which we use to help implement the policy.  My problem is that every time a new piece of freeware comes to my attention, I have to research it then go to all 10 firewalls and plug it up.

Can anyone point me to a resource that would have a comprehensive list of the most commonly blocked sites/services and how to block them? (i.e. Kaaza, Hotbar, Weather Bug, GoToMyPC, AIM, etc...)  so I can do a comprehensive update all at once.

I not trying to block every adult site nor install any filter services or management tools... I'm just looking for a list.
