My Public/Exchange/ExAdmin folders under IIS has a Red Stop Sign with Error inside of it.

I just notice these Red Stop Signs as my Public, Exchange, ExAdmin folder in IIS Default Web Site.  What could be causing this problem.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

MORE INFO

This occurs because the WWW service starts before the Information Store
service, but it should not affect operations.  To cure the problem, you can
stop and restart the default web site.  Another option is to make the WWW
service dependant on the Information Store service.  Full information is
