CanNot Initialise OLE, CanNot Create DBEngine

i use Crystal Report 7 with VB, i had installed my application in a computer win98 :
i installed MDAC_TYP first after i installed My SetUp (i have verified all the dependance of Crystl32.ocx in my Setup.lst).

after installation : when i want to lauch my setup from the application, i have three errors succeded
1- CanNot Initialize OLE
2- CanNot Create DAO DBEngine
3- Erreur Detected bu DataBase number is : 20534

the references that i use for this project are :
- ADO 2.5 library
- EXcel 9 library
-Crystal Report ActiveX

is this problem come from ididn't Add the Reference for DAO 2.5 to my project ??

my DataBase is Ms Access, the version of MDAC_TYP is 2.7

Change the MDAC reference to MDAC 2.7

ok, i had already try it, but it didn't change.
recently, I installed crystal report in this machine, and i installed after MDAC_TYP, it works correctly.
