Loss of Microsoft Office applications after installing sp3

to uninstall you can navigate to C:\windown\programe files and delete office there, i would of said goto add remove, but like you say it's not there.

Its probably something as simple as you logged in initially as Administrator and now you are logged in under a different account.  Have a look at Control Panel/ User Accounts and see if you had been logged on as a different user.
