Sorry for not participating for some time on this question but I was busy on some other stuff.<br />
Anyway I still have a problem on accepting characters on my forms. Can you give me some (little) example in which you display TextFields with some foreign characters (serbian is what I need right now).<br />
(I have proper fonts and in other programs (like internet explorer ) i change keyboard language to some other language and when i write foreign characters they are displayed properly.<br />
Am i missing something java supposed to be easy for internationalization.

Java uses it's own set of fonts. To which a relevant font needs to be installed.

I geuss you can but they will need to be installed as per above link.<br />
Or I think you can use the createFont() method in Font to read the font file directly.<br />

Accepting Unicode characters on forms

A font is a particular size, weight and style of a typeface. Each font is a matched set of type, one piece (called a "sort") for each glyph, and a typeface consists of a range of fonts that share an overall design. With the advent of digital typography, font is frequently synonymous with typeface, although the two terms do not necessarily mean the same thing. In particular, the use of "vector" or "outline" fonts means that different sizes of a typeface can be dynamically generated from one design. Each style may still be in a separate "font file" -- for instance, the typeface "Futura" may include the fonts "Futura roman", "Futura italic", "Futura bold" and "Futura extended" —- but the term "font" might be applied either to one of these alone or to the whole typeface.
