is there a way to encrypt the source code of triggers, stored procedures and function to be viewed by a nother users ?

To encrypt packages, procedures, functions and types you can use wrap utility (described in PL/SQL manual). It does not however work on triggers. But if your trigger calls wrapped procedure it will still be unreadable to a user.

It is as simple as (from sqlplus, omit the host if you run from command line)
NOTE: Leave no space around the equal signs because spaces delimit individual arguments.

My procedure name is test.sql

host wrap iname=test.sql oname=test_WRAP.sql

then to compile

@test_WRAP.sql
