Will those phones accept incomming connections.

Do you mean a dynamic dial-in option?  Only connect when the Internet calls you?
You'd have to be online all the time...  I'm not sure of any provider that would call you when they see packets headed your way.

I have set up incomming connections on windows xp on my home computer which is connected to a land line. This allows to remotly connect to my home computer by dialing my home phone number. I want to set up the same with my computer connected to a mobile phone. I am trying to find out could you connect to the computer by dialing the mobile's phone number.

You're not looking for Internet, just remote access to a specific device...  gotcha.
Well, you must have enabled the auto-answer on your home modem, why would this be any different with a cell?
