Dear Experts,<br />

I have to connect to a shared folder on another network. &nbsp;If I use the VPN option in XP or 2000 when creating a new network connection I am able to connect from home through comcast cable modem.<br />
<br />
From my office I can ping the IP address I was told to use but I cannot get to the login prompt. &nbsp;I get an error 619 saying &quot;a connction to the remote computer could not be established&quot;. &nbsp;<br />
<br />
I am behind an access list but I am not sure what would block this from comming back to me. &nbsp;Does anyone know if I need to add a permit statement with the IP address I am trying to connect with?<br />
