TSAC Browser Window

We have users that access our W2K Terminal Server through both the RDP Client installed on their desktop, but also many go through IE with the TSAC ActiveX control.  I don't know a lot about it, but it's working fine.  The problem is that I'm having complaints from people that use web browser that they have 2 windows running - one Web Browser window that is totally blank, and then another window with the actual Remote Desktop.  They sometimes accidently close the web browser window and lose their session.  Is there any way that that web browser window can be hidden from them?
Thanks,

This is a known problem with the ActiveX control on the web access. The easiest way to avoid this is to just use the TS client instead of the web access but I'll see if I can dig up a workaround for you in the way of an IE tweak or something.

Unforunately I haven't found any real fix or workaround for this as the problem lies in the ActiveX control itself. Until Microsoft fixes this in a later version the best option to avoid it is the TS RDP Client or just remember to not close the original window unti your session is over. If anyone else knows of anything that can remedy this in another way definately post. I'd like to know it myself.
