Sorry for the delay.
The problem is that I need the Access Number to the SMS server in my country in order to check
if what I did is working. I am trying to get it ,but it looks like mission impossible.

Sorry for the delay.
It looks like there is no way in my country to send an SMS using a dialup modem.
I will have to use a gsm modem and that is a totaly different operation.
I will have to give you the points with a big thank you for helping,and I will ask another question
after I will study the SMS subject in my country.

Go to http://www.24-7text.com they can probably do what you are looking for - they did it for my auction-monitor site...
