What is the best way to migrate a bunch of web sites from a one OSX 10.2.server to another one?

I have the files moved over (and all the same settings in the server settings program), but since i know very little about this os, i'm not sure what to it next.

any help would be appriciated.

I only have 3 questions open now.

I just want to move the sites over, I don't want to clone the whole os.

Each site is on it's own IP.

Just drag them over. Copy over the network. Just make sure your web server settings on the new server are the same.
