Filter A Remote Client With Mac Address In Linux Firewall (IPTables)

i have a routing and remote access in win2000 advanced server wich client connect to my network and get a invalid ip address ( range

my network gatway is a linux server 9 ,this server have 2 interface (lan - internet).

i want know modem mac address for remote client,i want permit only a specific modem with a specific mac address.
i want deny if a user connect to my network with other modem,ok ?
what is  solution ?

i want know modem mac address for a remote pc,which i find its in remote access server ?
when in linux server i monitor ARP ruls i find remote access server mac address only for all user.

and i want deny a mac address founded.

please help me
