You cannot add a directory to your workspace

I have just installed Lotus Notes in a Citrix Metaframe XP FP3/SP3 enviroment.  I follow steps according to a document in the IBM Notes/Domino Forum (Lotus Notes Installation on a Citrix MetaFrame XP Instructions).  When a user first logs in they get a popup that says "You cannot add a directory to your workspace".  If the user clicks ok everything seems to work fine.  The user can add to the work space without any errors.  What have I overlooked?

Now I like this question.  Yours is straight Notes and my issue is with one of my application.  Again no references or clues.

Parths: But, I have fixed my problem. All I did was to convert the profile document reference to an admin/setup document.

jkcreyno : Sorry if this does not make any sense to you please click on the link partha has provided.  I got into this mess couple weeks back and now its resolved.
Notes has a very strange way of giving error messages.. somebody has to encrypt what it is ;-)

Watch your prefices, partha.  Decrypt.  If we had to encrypt them, there would be no help at all.
jkcreyno,

Is this one user in particular, or all users?  or do you have more than one user yet?

What version are you using?

The first thing I woudl do is check the user's current location document, see if the mail file is listed correctly.  Next, I would check the names.nsf setup (in Preferences) to make sure that is OK as well.
LOL Qwalette :-)

Thanks for the help.

This one turned out to be a Terminal Service/Citrix issue (not a Notes problem).  When the client (any client) the server was not passing the correct enviroment information.  By changing the start in information to "C:\apps\lotus\notes\notes.exe" "%*"  to allow content redirection, the pop up went away.

Thanks again....
Since I too had the problem and solved it for myself can I bag these points ?

;-P
You can take points for ur question ;-) leave this question for me :-)...
