Internet Explorer works fine through my Belkin router.  I don't have to use any proxy settings.  I tried to download Mozilla and Opera to try them out.  Both have the same error:

"The connection was refused when trying to contact www.google.com" or whatever site I choose.

I have used the default settings for networking in each program.  I have tried to set the proxy to my router IP address.  I have also tried the IP address for the computer itself.  I have tried setting the computer in the DMZ.  Nothing works.

Why can I connect with IE, but no other browser?
