Highlight (bold?) results of query that searches all fields with partial words

Last Modified: 2012-06-21
I have a large database with a query that searches many fields with criteria input by the user. Partial words are allowed. The same text searches all the fields. I use Like and asterisks to get the results. The query often returns many records (some fields are memo fields) and it's not always easy to see where the user's text has popped up. Is it possible to highlight (or bold) the text typed in by the user to return the resilts? It would make the search much more effective.
