how to share modem connection

I have redhat9 and XP machines which are conected with crossover cable. Everything works fine, i share the files between them. On linux machine i have modem, and i use kppp to conect to internet. My question is what i need to do to make winXp machine to use this connection, and see internet from Xp machine also (like wingate on windows)?
