Crystal 9.0 Advanced installation error

I'm tryiing to install Crystal Report 9.0 Advanced on my machine. I am getting an error 1904 for a lot of the dll.
Message says:
Error 1904: Module c:\Program Files\Common Files\Crystal Decisions\2.0\bin\commonobjmodel.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147024891. Contact your support personnel.

This also happens for clientdoc.dll, cachemanager.dll, crtemplate.dll, crqe.dll, cubedefmodel.dll etc.

Please help...

Also, if you have previous version of Crystal installed, that can be a cause for a lot of problems...
