Hello all,

I have an error at the end of the creation of the Exchange 2k SA Resource in Cluster Administrator. The drive is online and can access it through a file cluster share.
The server is running Windows 2000 AS with SP4. Exchange 2k with SP3.

Were you able to create the other clustered resources?  Can you see the shared drive in explorer.exe?

Yes I can create other clustered resources.

The drive is visible in explorer and accessible in explorer (of course only on the active node). I can read, write datas on it.

Does the cluster service account have full exchange administrative rights?

Is the disk resource in the cluster group where you want Exchange to reside?

Is the drive resource online?

Is the drive resource seperate from your quorum drive?

Solved !

It was a problem in the registry.  Some information remained from an "old" evs.

MS is aware of the problem, a KB article exists but it's an MS Only article for the moment.

Thank you for your help,

Regards,

Xavier
