Sorry for the delay on the points.  I have been ill, and am still not well yet.  I did get the video to appear with the code that you sent to me (Thanks for that, by the way), and I successfully captured a still image from it.  But I have not gotten it to save any video yet.  I am sure that I just need to spend a little more time with it.

I just want to see it working before I award your points.

Thanks Again,
Phil

I am not sure that I have done everthing correctly to this point:

I have followed the instructions on the readme.html file and have most of the demos working.  I am not sure what I am looking at as the programs run.  They all look alike.  They show a stream of video and audio either from a loaded media file or from the camera.  Some of them make capture a bitmap.

Two programs failed to complile because they require D3DX9AB.DLL, which I do not find on my computer.

Which programs have the live action capture to a file and how do you cause them to do so?

Thanks

I  have been ill lately and I am going into the hospital for a while.  I am going to clear up all of my outstanding questions, although I may come back and re-ask or ask for further clarification on some.

djlittle2002: I emailed those examples to you a couple of days ago as per your request.  If you got, or did not get them, please let me know.    Thanks to each of you for your help.
