voicemail on CD

I want to send my .wav file recorded on CD  as voicemail via airmail to someone without a PC but with a normal CD or VCD player. This is much better than sending an audio cassette tape which is thicker; esp. when blank CDs have become so cheap. I already have a CD writer with Nero package. I already know how to record my voice as a .wav file but I don't know how to change the format into a CD or VCD player compatible format so that the recipient can just insert the CD into a player to automatically play it back. Any idea?

Ya....nero will burn WAV to CD (audio format automatically)  it does this automatically.  Just tell it you want to record an Audio CD...either go thru the wizard or classic non wizard mode and select audio CD.  And you should be good to go...and the cd if he has a portable CD player or a CD player that is a recent player it should play burned Audio CD's.
