Do this on the OnInitDialog of your PropertySheet

BOOL CMyPropertySheet::OnInitDialog()
{
   CPropertySheet::OnInitDialog() ;

    ModifyStyleEx(0, WS_EX_CONTEXTHELP) ;

    return TRUE ;
}
