I just need a little guidance and a point in the right direction. We are not a wireless office but my boss would like to be able to have a laptop where he could wirelessly connect to the network.  He wants to be able to go anywhere in our 1 floor office and carry his laptop with him and connect. Ultimately he would like to be able to travel also and connect in to the network from anywhere.

In a nutshell , he should have a wireless card hooked to his laptop or if his laptop has got inbuilt wi-fi then it is fine

You have to get a wireless router and connect it to the main LAN connection ..
