Do you know where I can get the sample code for something like this?

A very easy input form that links to Access.....

This site has a sample ADO to Access tutorial.  There are many others on teh web, but most of them are ASP as opposed to VB.  Not much of difference really.  Search EE or Google for ADO and Access
