rename the admin and guest accounts, then create an account that only you have access to, and use it for the admin account

Whoops.  The reason I asked this question is I was able too logged in with what I thought was a normal domain user account.  I forgot that I had made them an administrator.  Thanks.

you're welcome. Be careful not lock down your DC too tight, you may lock yourself out, and that's a bad thing :)
