Create CSLD

On system start up user reports the following error;

"Create CLSID_CTacticalObjects failed!
 Class not Registered"

You can then click "ok" and the system contuines to load, however the user reported system freezes at various times. Any help would be apprciated greatly. Thanks in Advance!

If anyone is still searching for the answers to this, please disregard, the problem was identified as a software the user had installed that is a US Army propritory software used speciffically by the Army. The Machine in question was looking for a server that runs that software and when it couldnt find generated the CLSID error.
