'The file is damaged and could not be repaired' - PDF export under RAS 9

Hi to all experts...
I know that not too many people are using RAS 9, but I do remember that there was couple of people here in same boat as I am - namely, using RAS and CR 9.
Well, problem is that I have IIS with RAS SDK on one machine and RAS (as service) on another. Everything works fine, except when I want to export (any) report. If I select PDF export, I'm getting this error:
'The file is damaged and could not be repaired'. If I export it to any other format, everything is ok.
Problem is not happening when I did same thing from my development machine (where I have visual studio installed), nor when I call ePortfolio on RAS machine itself to see that same report.
I'm suspecing dll hell problem, but so far, I was unable to find out what can be cause of that problem.
 I have:
   Exportmodeller.dll version 9.2.1.564
   CrtSlv.dll version 9.2.0.528
Any other dll important to export?
I did install latest RAS, Main program and Database/Export hotfix on both RAS and RAS SDK machine, as well as redistributable package... Machines are both WIn2K Servers.

Any ideas? Similar experience? Problems in deployment?

Thanks in advance,
Lady Linet

No hits on the error message in the Crystal Knowledge Base.

Yes there are several other important dlls.

Something like U2PDF.dll

I don't have CR exporters loaded here.

Actually, in Version 9 it should be crxf_pdf.dll

The description, however, implies you have all the necessary dlls
but the resulting export is unuseable.

Does the server have a printer installed for it?
The report rendering is dependent on that.
Try to install a printer if one is not installed
or try to change the default printer if one is already installed.
