Creating my own FTP server!

Hi,

Just a quickky for all you experts out there!

I have a small home network with 3 computers, mine, my sisters and a server.
The server is running winXP pro and is connected by ADSL to the internet and shares the internet connection to the other two computers.
On the server i have Norton Personal Firewall 2003 running, i have disabled the winXP firewall. - i have not changed any of the default settings for NPF 2003.

I want to know, if its possible, how i can set up MY computer (winXP Pro) as an FTP server, running through the server PC, i dont want to have FTP running on the server as i want to keep it as clean as possible.
Is this possible or will i have to run FTP from the server computer?

Thanks in advance people,

Dave

If you can forward incoming traffic from your server to your "internal" machine, then you can install an FTP server on your
machine, check for "packet routing" in the network config.
