Hello,
      I am using crystal reports 9 with VB6. My question is “ Can I over write export button of crystal report so that when ever user click on that file automatically save on a predefine location”. Thanks in advance. With regards fazi

Does it have a click event?  Have you tried putting code in say just a Message Box to see if it overrides the normal action?

IN mine the viewer has an ExportButtonClicked event.

I just did this

On the form with viewer I added code for the viewer ExportButtonClicked event

Private Sub crViewer_ExportButtonClicked (UseDefault as Boolean)

  msgbox "Here"
  UseDefault = False

end sub

I got the message box but no prompt for the export.  Without the last line I got the message box and then the start of the export with a prompt for the file type.
