EPS Parser plug-in ,,then open template file?

 ( The program you are trying to run has a plug-in to correct known issues with this version of Windows. You should install the EPS Parser plug-in for Adobe PhotoDeluxe Home Edition 3.x and PhotoDeluxe Business Edition 1.x to ensure proper operation on this version of Windows.  )
  Hi, I got this message after installing Adobe Photo Deluxe 3.0 home edition to my computer,, I have Microsoft XP.  I went to the site and downloaded  the plug in and installed as the said but the last thing they said to do was open Photo Deluxe and open a template file..... those are the last words.. I don't understand what they mean by that. I am still getting the same message above each time I open the program..  Thanks so much for any help  :) Paula

I don't use Adobe Photo Deluxe, but I search the support site and found this article which may be of help:

Assuming "templates" in Adobe act similarly to "templates" in Microsoft Word, have you tried using the File menu, choosing Open, and seeing if there is perhaps a tabbed dialog box, one of which is labeled Activity Templates or something similar?

I went to the Adobe site above and it had several solutions,, I tried all but the, installing an Adobe type manager, but it still has the pop up saying to install the parser.
The next answer was to look in the file menu,, I did try that, also serched my computer for a template , found nothing,    ..............

This is the site Im looking at and just noticed it does not mention Windows XP  ,, So maybe there is no fix for using it with XP?
