Hello, Compaq ProLiant ML350 was brought to my shop.  I did not set this server up, so I'm going in a bit blind.  Anyway, The os (Sco) will not boot.  Looking at system, has three 9gig "Compaq" HDs, I'm assuming RAID5.  Only two show up on bootup on the scsi detection screen.  First, I can't figure out how to get into the setup of the raid card (Compaq 64 bit dual wide ultra 3 scsi adapter - Compaq J1035 w/ adaptec AIC-7899G chip) CTRL-A doesn't work.  So I'm guessing if I can get a replacement hard drive, install it, and figure out how to get into the SCSI setup, to recreate the drive off of the working two, I should be good to go??

You may have to use the smartstart CD to look at the controller.

While 3 9Gb drives could be set up as raid5, I'm not aware of any software raid configs other than mirroring that would work on the system disk, so as the 7899 is not a raid controller the likelyhood is the boot disk is the one that's dead. You didn't say which SCSI ID's showed up, if SCSI ID 0 is not working, you probably are looking at trying to recover the boot disk.
