I am a little confused as to how I can get a .NET or Java app to work on my pocket pc, I assume I need to install some type of Framework for .NET and a JVM for java. I havent been able to find any info on a .NET framework for Windows PC2000, is this because it does not exist?

If anyone could shed some light on this issue for me, or point me to a nicely laid out newbie tutorial then I will consider this question answered.
