I have been attempting to install Apache web server version(apache_2.0.47-win3<wbr />2-x86-no_s<wbr />sl) + PHP version (4.3.3.3) + MySQL version (5.10.130.0) but get the following errors when installing Apache <br />
<br />
&lt;OS 10048&gt;Only one usage of each socket address &lt;protocol/network address/port&gt; is normally permitted. :make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80 no listening sockets available, shutting down.<br />
Unable to open log.<br />

Can you offer any advice? Best method to set up web server on my PC to get dynamic pages up and running (spent days on this now!!). I design site using Dreamweaver MX. <br />
