I reinstalled Windows XP and now my A:(3 1/2 Floppy) and B:(LS120) drives are reversed. My M/B Bios has no drive swap setting and the disk management utility does not list them.

I found the answer my self the procedure is:
1.      From Start, click Run, type "Regedt32.exe" (without the quotation
marks), click OK.
2.      Locate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices.
3.      Right-click and choose export to back up this key.
4.      Right-click "\DosDevices\A:" in the right panel, and then click Rename,
change its name to "\DosDevices\B:".
5.      Right-click "\DosDevices\B:" in the right panel, and then click Rename,
change its name to "\DosDevices\A:".
6.      Restart the computer to test this issue.
