Hi,
If you have a time, could you help me for this problem?

My customer has complained that he can not reply from my mail and has got an error message. I don’t know it is my side’s problem or customer side’s problem. I don’t have any complains from other customers. They can reply from my mail and I receive their mail as well. Only this customer has got the error. Actually I use MS-Outlook Express and the my company's router connected to AT&T Global Network (The router configured by AT&T so I don't know exactly configuration of the router)

Following error message returned to customer.

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients.

In fact, the email is blocked, do you have the firewall ? If true, please check the domain name is checked in blocking list or not.

Thanks rhinoceros,

Our router managed by AT&T so if it is blocked, it probably manages by AT&T.

I just found that IP address '62.172.195.247' is in black-lists when I seek it on the web. I also found '217.40.80.137' is in China. I know my customer does not live in China.  As a result  I think my customer is controled by someone or hacked, isn't it?
or I'm hacked?

I would like to know which side's problem it is.....

Thanks for your help

For general case, some PCs infected a virus, which will send many many bulk mails to attack some mail server. So those servers maybe auto blocked this address or hostname.

And  the hacker who must not use their true IP (If not, how to do the hacker, right ?).
They only take the 3rd party IP(computer) or Virtual IP to hack on internet. So you are very difficult to trace where they come from....

OVerall,  the important is that you must get the fully protection include Anti-virus tools (Last update), update patch and good firewall.

As before, I also had one ip/hostname is blocked. I only directly contact the ISP for explain to remove from their blocklist.

I hope it can help.
