My customer can not reply the mail

Hi,
If you have a time, could you help me for this problem?

My customer has complained that he can not reply from my mail and has got an error message. I don’t know it is my side’s problem or customer side’s problem. I don’t have any complains from other customers. They can reply from my mail and I receive their mail as well. Only this customer has got the error. Actually I use MS-Outlook Express and the my company's router connected to AT&T Global Network (The router configured by AT&T so I don't know exactly configuration of the router)

Following error message returned to customer.

In fact, the email is blocked, do you have the firewall ? If true, please check the domain name is checked in blocking list or not.

ASKER

Thanks rhinoceros,

Our router managed by AT&T so if it is blocked, it probably manages by AT&T.

I just found that IP address '62.172.195.247' is in black-lists when I seek it on the web. I also found '217.40.80.137' is in China. I know my customer does not live in China.  As a result  I think my customer is controled by someone or hacked, isn't it?
or I'm hacked?

I would like to know which side's problem it is.....

Thanks for your help
