shrink delphi process size

I've seen somedays a simple pice of code that shrinks process size (made in delphi) in memory... Does anybody remember it?

Perhaps you have this in mind:

SetProcessWorkingSetSize(GetCurrentProcess, $FFFFFFFF, $FFFFFFFF);
