Yo all, I need a recommendation.  I'm a web developer by profession, and am more or less an "expert" in html, php, photoshop, databases, and javascript.  I'm now interested in moving into the Flash arena, and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good book on it to me.  I don't want a book that spends half of the chapters teaching me how to draw a circle or the fundamental principles of the net.  I basically want a book that delves right into Flash development and covers the many facets of flash.  In other words, I'd like a book that teaches how to do effects in flash, how to do more advanced scripting in flash, possible how to use flash in conjunction with database, etc...  I'd also like it to be as "current" as possible, (not teaching stuff from flash 4, but things supported in the more recent releases).

Winner of the points will be the one who recommends the best book to me.
