Outlook Express receiving mails

There is something fishy going on with my outlook express program. I have unchecked the option "Include this account when receiving or synchronizing". But still my outlook express is downloading the mails. Can any one help me plz?

Have you tried repairing outlook express

Have you tried deleting the account completely and then creating the same account again

or if you have multiple accounts try making other account as default

I didnt get right fix yet. May be some internal conflict is preventing it. Its up to the forum moderator to assign the points.
