How to un-hide overclocking features in nvidia drivers/display properties page?

I have installed Detonator 41.13, but I can install the newest if needed...

Not at my home computer so I cannot verify this at present...

Check your registry settings for this key:

Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\NVTweak

Add the following DWORD values:
"Coolbits" = dword:FFFFFFFF
"NvCplEnableHardwarePage" = dword:00000001
"NvCplEnableAGPSettingsPage" = dword:00000001

The guru3D utility seems good, but what I searched for was exactly that registry tweak that dyerseve noted - just how to enable the built-in overclocking page. The AGP settings page is a bonus :)
(when using nF2 chipset should it say:
"
Capabilities:
NVIDIA             AGP 2.0 (4x)
NVDIA GPU       AGP 2.0 (4x) (assuming you put in there some GF3/etc. AGP4x-max card or the integrated NV17 - again AGP4x max)
Actual              4x
"
I think the nF2 has AGP 3.0 (8x), so the first line under capabilities is somehow wrong, or am I making some wrong assumptions?
)
And what does the "Coolbits"-key do?
