Excel Import

Hi,

I am wish to find a way to create a excel file that i can use in crystal 8.5.

Currently i have create an excel file and save it.

I created a data source using the Microsoft Excel Driver (*.xls) and selecting the excel file.

When i go to use the data source (either thru MSQry or Crystal ) i get an error saying no visible tables are present.

What is going wrong?

Make sure you have your data set out as a table.

Then follow these instructiions:

There are lots of possible issues in using Excel as data source.  Hope for the best.

It just has to be in consistent rows and columns with column headings.  No empty rows and no empty columns.

It seems that the default for a worksheet is a system table. There need to include system tables in the options.
